    The personal data administrator, as a rule, obtains this data from the data subjects. The provision of personal data is voluntary, but in some cases it may be a condition for concluding a contract by the data subject with World Trade Center Poznań sp. z o.o.

  4. Purpose and legal basis for the processing of personal data:
    Depending on the process in which your personal data will be processed, the legal basis for data processing may be:
    a) consent of the data subject to the processing of his personal data for one or more specific purposes;
    b) performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party and the processing is necessary for the performance of the contract;
    c) fulfillment by the Data Administrator of a legal obligation incumbent on him, for which data processing is necessary.
    In each case of the need to process personal data, the purpose and scope of personal data processing is clearly defined and only necessary data is processed.

  5. Storage period and categories of recipients of personal data:
    Your personal data will be stored for the period indicated by you in your consent to processing. After this period, your personal data will be deleted. In other cases, your personal data will be stored only for the period necessary for the purpose of their processing. The data will be processed by the Administrator's employees or by persons employed by the Administrator on the basis of civil law contracts - on the basis of authorizations granted by the Administrator to process personal data. The data will be processed by external entities that provide the Administrator of personal data with maintenance and servicing of IT systems. Depending on the purpose of personal data processing, personal data may be entrusted to external entities that provide the Personal Data Administrator with services necessary to achieve the purpose of the process in which personal data is processed - on the basis of relevant contracts. Processing will always take place on the basis of authorizations to process personal data.

  6. Your laws
    With regard to your personal data, you have the right to:
    • demand from the Data Administrator access to their personal data, rectification, deletion or limitation of processing - within the limits permitted by law;
    •  object to the processing of personal data;
    • withdraw consent to their processing at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing, which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal;
    • receive in a structured, commonly used machine-readable format your personal data that you provided to the Data Administrator;
    • lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

  7. Automated decision making, including profiling:
    With regard to your personal data, no automated decision-making, including profiling, will take place.
